Another project for Lisney Estate Agents this time for a development comprising of townhouses and apartments.
Built in Bray, South County Dublin in the very scenic area of Ireland, this large format brochure (30cm X 30cm) was designed to show off all the local amenities in the area.
Its closeness to the sea front in Bray, local golf courses, fine dining and luxurious landscapes were all brought together in this elegant layout and high quality print. The inside pages were printed on a heavy silk and the cover was finished with an embossed logo and gloss laminate.
To emphasis the spaciousness of the area large high quality photos of the area were used and mixed in with detailed vector layouts of the architect’s plans.
