A brochure for a new build of luxury apartments in the exclusive area of Foxrock, South Dublin, Ireland for Lisney Real Estate Agency (one of Ireland’s leading commercial and residential real estate agencies).
The brochure was marketed to the young and wealthy home buyer of the time. Distinguishing features were the colour coordinated floor plans, each plan was re-drawn from the architects plans to tie in the whole brochure together seamlessly.
To really drive home the exclusiveness of the area the brochure was printed on a heavy silk to give a luxury feel and heavy weight to the brochure with a spot UV of the logo on the cover to top off the whole brochure perfectly.
